Artist • Art Instructor • Creative Guide
Creativity has been at the center of my life and career for more than 20 years. I built my professional career in advertising and design, creating national campaigns and leading creative work for Fortune 500 companies.
My connection to art began much earlier, growing up in Florida sketching by the sea. After criticism caused me to put down my pencil as a child, it took years to find my way back. During a challenging season of caregiving and change, I rediscovered art as a way to slow down, reconnect, and express what words couldn't always capture.
That experience became the heart of Creative Flow.
Today, I bring together my experience as an artist, art instructor, creative director, and expressive arts facilitator to create welcoming art classes and creative experiences where people can explore, experiment, and express themselves without pressure or judgment.
Through Creative Flow, I hope to help others quiet the inner critic and reconnect with the simple joy of creating.
